Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times are:

Australia: 3–7 business days
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

We may also offer free shipping on selected products or orders that meet the minimum purchase requirement.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment.

Incorrect Address
